DARYAGANJ : As the Co-founder of Daryaganj Hospitality, I lead a growing restaurant brand, "DARYAGANJ - By the Inventors of Butter Chicken & Dal Makhani," which has in a short span become a beloved North-Indian cuisine brand in India. It's been an incredible journey so far, and I am grateful for the opportunity to build a successful business from the ground up. We persevered through three COVID-19 lockdowns, not only surviving but thriving. Daryaganj is now an international brand reaching a with 15 stores. MY BACKGROUND : I didn't have a traditional background in hospitality, but I believe that business acumen, grit, pursuit of excellence and integrity can make any goal achievable. ABOUT ME : I constantly strive to innovate and improve, bringing a creative mindset and an astute eye for detail to everything I do, always pushing myself to set higher standards. I believe success comes from competing with yourself and creating your own benchmarks. I'm always hungry to learn, but even more eager to translate that knowledge into action. I approach life with humility.
