• Post acquisition of Prodigy by SBC, the design team became an independent group to help several telecom initiatives. My role became more forward looking where we were doing lot of prototypes for what we believed to be the future of telecom.
• One of projects became UVerse to unify all services in a single pipe towards a smarter home. I believe this thinking later came to be known as Internet of Things.

• Association for India's Development helped raise awareness and fund important social causes in India from the USA. It was then largely a student-driven organization, which is not so today.
• I helped start and grow two significant chapters for AID. The two chapters became one of the largest in terms of volunteers and money raised after mother chapter.
