About

I have worked for about 2 decades in large enterprises, start ups and those that are scaling in the technology space. Experiencing the rapid growth-stagnation-decline of the industry (external rewards and internal purpose/satisfaction) made me curious about intrinsic motivators, its impact on sustainable greatness (ie business outcomes and more) and more importantly, how to scale it successfully in an organization. I currently tend to Kissflow's culture, understanding and guiding its impact/direction, creating systems/practices that will protect the "soul" of the organization without compromising/restraining its ambitions especially as it grows bigger, older and loses some of the original builders. This non BS approach involves creating new ways of running people operations be it for Hiring, Performance Management, Growth, Rewards etc, specifically for the new wave of technology workforce. Going beyond Stage 1 thinking by applying "Systems Thinking" principles to creating meaning driven high performance work cultures is a passion that has led me to also pursue and fail his doctoral thesis at IIT Madras. Prior to that I had the privilege of being on a special assignment with the SWAT team under the COO's office at Infosys heading its’ PMO. The objective was to transform the policies and processes, while retaining value and complexity of size and scale, and become a nimble organization, with a “small company” feel.
