• Help mentee's understand the purpose of these projects
• Guide them to brainstorm, research and develop a student passion driven project unique to oneself
• Help students produce and apply on a spiral cycle of planning, research, action and reflection using different techniques for the project success
• Support mentee's to write a report based out of the above process cycle

• Evaluate about 3 projects every year
• Individually assessing followed by successful committee discussion; healthy argument, to award a final suitable grade level
• Look into implicit details of the report produced to be able to evaluate and award the writer a fair grade level

• In order to support students with the learning process for developing 21st century skills , I have:
• Created 5+ smart goal and action plan to be implemented for the smart goal with the help of PDSA cycles.
• Intensively used Microsoft office and other tools to analyze results at least 12-20 times a year.
• Achieved about 90%+ of the smart goal plan set for the years.
• Integrated technology into student learning and teaching such as Nearpod, padlets, custom made
• desmos teacher activities, IXL etc.
• Used feedback, surveys and questionnaires to encourage participation , creativity and communicate
• with and challenge students to achieve their best with various strategies
