• Worked as a propulsion engineer, with primary responsibilities including readying the ground fluid circuits for servicing the liquid and cryogenic stages of ISRO's PSLV and GSLV launch vehicles. Hands-on experience in launch operations and management, liquid propellant handling, plant process equipment maintenance, critical system's monitoring, preparing test & evaluation plans, technical documentation, and contracting/procurement. Also worked as a project engineer for GSLV MK-III, and was involved in the tank bottom contour design for reducing residual propellant, and for erecting and commissioning of the liquid stage L110's handling structure at the second launch pad decontamination plant for post launch abort operations.

• Executed the final year thesis of under-graduation on the topic 'Study on air-core vortex formation while draining from tanks'. The work carried out under this project included conducting numerical simulations using ANSYS Fluent and validating the results with self-designed experiments. The results of this study were useful as an input for designing and optimizing the tank outlet contour and vortex breaker for L110 stage of GSLV MK-III.

• Worked on developing a meshless CFD code, based on a mathematical technique called Radial Basis Function based Differential Quadrature (RBF-DQ), which was developed only a year before this work was started. Created the algorithm and debugged the entire program, followed by simulated test cases on airfoils for both incompressible and compressible flows.
