I’m a builder at heart. For me, building and scaling companies has always felt like playing a competitive cricket match. The pressure is real, the field keeps changing, but when you are out there with a team you trust, playing with purpose and discipline, it becomes deeply rewarding and fun. That is my happy place. I have lived the 0 to 1, 1 to 10, and 10 to 100 journeys across electric mobility, supply chain & distribution, sports technology, and hospitality. This has meant working closely with founders, solving business problems at each stage, scaling what works, and ensuring profitability becomes a repeatable outcome. The approach has always been rooted in first principles, with a focus on building clarity on the true moat, designing systems that enable scale, and leading large teams with empathy and energy. I want to work with leaders who value both profitability and scale, and who believe that the way you play the game, with consistency, transparency and authenticity, matters just as much as the outcome. On a personal note, I’m a father to a 2-year-old daughter. Watching her grow is joyful, a masterclass in human potential, and a full-body workout that no gym can replicate. Lately, I’ve been closely tracking the health & fitness space. I truly believe long-term, impactful companies are being built from India for the world in this area, tackling everything from nutrition and diagnostics to fitness and elderly care. I’m excited about anything that addresses our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
