Driven by a passion for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, Aarzoo actively contributes to nurturing early-stage ventures. As part of the idea/early stage incubation programs at NSRCEL (IIM-B’s startup incubator), she contributes to the success of two key initiatives: Launchpad and Campus Founders. Her focus is on nurturing student entrepreneurs & early-stage ventures, providing the support and resources needed to help founders bring their innovative ideas to life. Previously, over the course of 6 years, Aarzoo gained extensive experience in community building at Headstart Network Foundation. She drove regional and sector-focused micro communities, bridging geographies and connecting Indian startups with global ecosystems. Fun fact : Being a certified Yoga instructor, she's the happiest on a Yoga mat. :)
