• Planys is an Indian deep tech startup specializing in smart underwater inspection solutions. • Led the Operations, Finance, Purchase and HR department since inception.
• Developed and implemented processes and policies for operations and support functions to set strong governance for office and field operations, that made the start-up scalable and sustainable.
• Scaled-up the operations team to meet the huge increase in demand of ROV services.Spearheaded company’s international expansion in Europe and Middle east. Implemented ERP software and vendor management system.
• Key member in defining the company’s strategy. Responsible for business planning, budgeting and forecasting and managing cash flows. Deliver on operations KPIs, drive P&L for the organisation, ensure adherence to SOPs.

• Worked with Mondelez India Foods Private Limited's Nilgiri Project, one of Asia's biggest chocolate plant at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.
• Engineering: Ensured 100% design closure for Crumb and chocolate making line and assisted in installation activities.
• Developed a detail commissioning, qualification and verification plan for Crumb and chocolate lines to achieve rated efficiency and target yield in shortest possible time.
• Trained a team of 30 employees to commission and run 2 Crumb lines and 2 chocolate lines.
• Designed optimal utility distribution piping network to meet entire plant’s utility requirement with provisions for future expansion.

• Learning Phase - To understand the technical process of chocolate making, the process of project management and get an overview of the various projects in Mondelez India Foods Limited.
• Role shadow stint: Responsible for planning, installation and handover of Caramello Rework project at Induri site of Mondelez India Foods Private Limited. Role involved performing financial analysis of project, designing required equipment set-up, procuring and installing the same by coordinating with internal and external stake holders.
• Engineering: Responsible for complete design and planning of utilities distribution system of Niligiri project of Mondelez. Work involved consolidating entire utility requirement for the site, forecast future requirements and account for the same. Basis these requirement design optimal way to distribute utilities to required location.
