• Recopro is a product startup and we happen to design and manufacture Recyclable Paper Pallets. Pallets are industrial platform structured products, used to carry goods for export or storage purposes. Traditionally, these are made of wood. But they require cutting down of a huge amount of trees. Thus, we at Recopro, make pallets out of recyclable paper, which are just as strong but also eco-friendly and more economical.
• As Head of Product and Business Development - Strategy and Operations, my team and I innovated a completely new product - Recyclable Paper Pallets. We developed its product lifecycle right from an on-paper concept to market placement.
• We identified problems in the current products by industry feedback, generated a feasible solution, implemented prototype, launched MVP and the final product. I also drove the market analysis, demand generation, supply, customer development and achieved product-market fit.

• I connected with a large number of customers, understood their IT environment, and helped them determine opportunities for Software Asset Optimization. Prepared Effective Licensing Position Reports, which contained the gap and key findings of the audit.
• Further, I analyzed raw data, prepared the daily Management Information System, drew conclusions, presented key findings and recommended solutions.

• Improved the economic efficiency and reduced the packaging losses of different products by regression econometrics.

• As President of the Center For Entrepreneurial Leadership of BITS Pilani University, I led a team of 60 people to run one of the top entrepreneurship cells in India.
• We conducted a lot of entrepreneurship, business and finance events including conferences, knowledge sessions, lectures, events, competitions etc.
• I curated a unique Entrepreneurship Festival called ACT which included a conference, business plan competition and workshops.
• We also hosted startup simulations, case study analysis and brainstorming sessions throughout the year.
