• ● Product Manager for Ensuredit's 'ICE' platform, led the development of the Health and Travel Insurance quote generation and purchase journeys from 0 -> 1, across Web, SMS and WhatsApp channels. This resulted in the quotes generated per month to go from ~200 to ~1950 (in absolute terms).
• ● Responsible for building operations automations and new partner/broker onboarding journeys. Completely overhauled the manual onboarding process for prospecting brokers to a product-led journey. This feature resulted in 7 new brokers onboarded on 'ICE' within 20 days of go-live.

• ● Product Manager for Verak’s Policy Renewals Platform, feature resulted in a Net Revenue
• Retention of ~61% and a Net Logo Retention of ~74% for the first three months of our annual
• renewals.
• ● Responsible for Product and Engineering for Verak’s Self Serve Policy Purchase process. Led the
• development of a product-led journey to allow the creation of Request for Quotations (RFQs)
• and purchase of business insurance by customers themselves without tele-sales intervention.
• 30% of all RFQs created are self-served and 5% of all sales are conducted without any tele-sales
• assistance - this resulted in a reduction of Cost Per Closure (CPC) by ₹ 1K per RFQ and saved
• sales-rep calling time.
• ● Responsible for optimising lead qualification and sales closures through product-led journeys
• across WhatsApp and Website. Directly resulted in an increase in PQLs (product qualified
• leads) from ~5% to ~25% and Lead to Sale metric from ~3% to ~6.5% - resulting in a reduction of
• performance marketing costs by 10%.
• ● Led cross-functional teams with direct reports across engineering, design, marketing, user
• research and sales, from product conception and wireframing, through launch and multiple
• iterations on our WhatsApp and Website channels.

• ● Independently worked on Verak’s “Minimal Client Interface”, an automated WhatsApp chatbot, for
• existing customers to access post-sales services such as filing paperless insurance claims, accessing
• Verak’s customer support, requesting for changes in an existing policy (endorsement), among other

• ● Created Verak’s WhatsApp based purchase process responsible for ~80% business insurance TPV. Also
• created a sales enablement interface for tele-sales reps to track a user’s journey in the WhatsApp
• purchase process using live chat logs.
• ● Product Lead and Backend Engineer on BimaPe’s Motor (Vehicle) Insurance wallet, a dashboard for
• viewing key details of a Motor Insurance policy as extracted by the PDA.
• ● Worked on BimaPe’s “Policy Deconstruction Algorithm (PDA)”, an intelligent approach using
• Reinforcement Learning, for reducing long and verbose insurance policy documents (PDFs) to a single
• readable phone screen, free from jargon. The model achieved a runtime accuracy of ~93% for 20,000+
• policy PDFs uploaded by registered users.
• ● Hired, onboarded and mentored 4 junior engineers onto BimaPe and Verak’s backend monolith.
