• I was an early engineer at a startup building data and analytics tools for educators in K-12 schools. I led several products from initial conception to development and client rollout including nation-wide educational survey data benchmarks, a social-emotional learning measurement tool and a system for teachers/administrators to share data.
• Being an early employee, I also played a key role in facilitating the company’s growth to over 60 employees and a client base of over 6500 schools throughout the country. I helped drive the engineering team’s efforts for developing processes for recruiting, onboarding, project management and people development as the team grew from 8 to 60+ employees.

• I worked in the analytics team, which was an internal research and technology consulting team for trading teams within Tower. During my summer, I developed a tool that parses historical trader logs and market data to display an interactive visualization for traders.
