Thought leader with a proven track record in service transformation. Over four decades at Lenovo, Acer, and HP, I’ve led APAC-scale digital CX transformations. Post IBM–Lenovo integration, I steered the service transition that turned support into a market differentiator; during Acer’s incorporation in India, I built a national service footprint. Today I’m shaping standards via the Global Service Council. Milestones include one of India’s earliest ISO service certifications (1996), TSIA, USA Star Award APAC (2023) and COPC certification for Lenovo APAC (2024). I’ve served on CII’s Startup Council, chaired Manufacturing Association of IT (MAIT’s) first Service Taskforce—helping place Electronics Repair Services Outsourcing in India’s Economic Survey—and joined an industry delegation to the White House and U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
