I love solving real problems with technology—whether it’s building products, coaching founders, or scaling businesses. Over the last 28+ years, I’ve worn many hats: software engineer, product leader, founder, coach, investor. Each role taught me one thing—impact matters more than titles. I’m a 3x entrepreneur (with one exit to a US fintech), now co-founder of Foundership, a Venture Studio where we co-build startups with founders and take them from idea → scale → exit. In just 3 years, we’ve partnered with global networks like Polygon, ICP, and XDC, building a portfolio of 58 startups across 14 countries. Our top 10 companies are valued at $330M—and growing. Before Foundership, I: Built India’s first micro-lending product on UPI/Aadhaar for Tala (US fintech)—team was later acqui-hired to set up their India dev center. Founded Pharmeazy, a connected healthcare platform that linked doctors, pharmacies, distributors & patients—covering 75% of Bangalore deliveries and ~3,000 patients. Led global product turnarounds with 140+ engineers across geos, fixing delayed, high-stakes releases into certified, market-ready launches.
