At Target, my responsibility is to built technologies for tomorrow. I built technologies in IOT domain, where I am responsible for end to end development of the project. From designing the application on the hardware , to writing web/mobile applications, to writing APIs, to writing servers that could handle data, to creating the databases that would store the information, I develop projects that could change the way our brick and mortar stores operate, the apps that could enhance guest experience and supply change management, and tools that could help in various opportunity areas of the company.
I tinker a lot with the various IOT development boards ranging from Raspberry Pi's, to Intel Edison, to Beagle Bone Black to ATMEL boards.
I also work with the Target Accelerator Program where I am responsible for evaluation of IOT startups for the same.
I have been lucky enough to be a part of an amazing team in my time at Target who respect disruptive ideas and challenge the limitations of imagination everyday.
