• Pre-PMF 0-1. Helping Quizizz (k-12 leader) launch a spin-off for the corporate segment. Quizizz serves 50M+ monthly active users at present, across 120 countries. My role was to optimise the product funnels, deeply understand the corporate L&D landscape and identify a positioning that resonates with corporate buyers.
• We learnt that this was more of a GTM & positioning problem, instead of product development. I was also keen on getting back to Gen AI & enterprise automation, hence moved on sooner than I'd initially planned.

• Prior to this, Yellow.ai had only a sales-led motion which stunted our growth in the SMB market. The existing journey of buying conversational AI tools was time-consuming & boring. Through a self-serve & community-first approach, we made Yellow.ai the easiest (and most fun) product to find, use and scale in our space. We did this by focusing on inbound marketing, low-code capabilities, marketplace apps and revops improvements to unlock the buyer's journey. Some highlights :
• Scaled PLG motion to 60+ paid self-serve customers and 500+ monthly signups from 30+ countries within a year.
• Built a team of 15 from scratch including folks from product, growth, engineering, documentation, community, academy and inside sales.
• Collaborated with cross-functional leadership to launch the pricing page and billing experience, and drive marketing and sales OKRs related to PLG.
• Along with this, I was also a product advisor to the North America enterprise sales & marketing teams, & helped them get to their first 1M USD in ARR.

• This was just after series B. My charter was to scale up inbox (Yellow.ai's omnichannel help desk platform) as the company established itself as the default choice in India & APAC markets. With the growing customer base, competition, team & product complexity, came new challenges. Some highlights :
• Grew inbox from 10 to 60+ enterprise customers.
• Built differentiating industry-first features like agent assist and 2-way multilingual translation to redefine how agents can use AI (way before it became cool with LLMs!)
• Set up the first version of product strategy, & roadmap for inbox.
• Hired & onboarded a team of PMs & designers and helped the team adopt a more predictable product development process.
• Worked on various aspects of product marketing & analyst relations, helping us secure a position on Gartner Magic Quadrant.

• Yellow.ai is one of the fastest growing B2B SaaS companies in India. I joined as the first PM and saw the company scale from 1M to 30M+ ARR over the next 4 years. Some highlights :
• Reported directly to the cofounders, did a lot of early pre-sales and product marketing before building those teams.
• Set up Yellow.ai's internal automation vertical, bringing in around 500K in ARR in the first year with Fortune 50 enterprises.
• Launched 3 products - Bumblebee for HR, Flax for IT Support & Document Cognition for enterprise search which helped enter new markets like Europe & Australia.

• Arcesium is a post-trade technology and professional services firm created as a spin-off from D.E Shaw. As a full-stack developer on the treasury team, I built margin trading dashboards as part of a new product launch (standalone treasury platform) using Perl, Java/Spring, Apache and React/Redux.
• Notably, we won the Most Creative Hack award in a firmwide hackathon (50+ teams participated) for developing our own Domain Specific Language called AXL (Arcesium eXpression Language) which reduced development time from several days to few hours, among other gains.

• Innovation Garage is a 24*7 space for makers/hackers. I was the student leader along with a couple of alumni that set it up. As the first general manager, I led a team of 25+ students handling everything from funding to PR to events, etc. Some notable initiatives :
• 1. Conducted four editions of 24-hour Hackathon (participation rose from 80 to 300). First college to tie up with INK Makers 2017 to conduct a makeathon (500+ registrations).
• 2. Industry partnership with startup Banyan Nation, ML seminar by Cambridge researchers, visit by Balaji Vishwanathan and several other entrepreneurs.
• 3. Conceptualized and organised 'Design Thinking Workshop' , All Girls' Meetup (AGM), Donation Drive, sessions on open source, programming workshops and other initiatives.
