• Conceived and created a tool to generate a mesh for any selected standard bolt. This tool reduced the time to mesh a bolt from 20 minutes to 5 minutes.
• The tool got published in Caterpillar Global AST (Analysis Simulation and Testing) Forum.
• Rating Development of a Diesel Truck Engine. (Internship in Caterpillar, Jan’10-Jun’10)
• Part of the team in modifying an existing engine to meet the EPA tier-1 regulations and obtain the maximum fuel economy.
• Engine: 100L, 16 cylinders in “V”; Rated Speed-1800rpm; Rated Load-13,456Nm. The Engine is used in huge dump trucks with 300T payload capacity.
