Deepali Saini — CEO

Design Leadership | Global Experience | AI & Innovation | Team Builder | Client Growth | Educator & Jury Member Experience Design leader with two decades of global work across UX/UI Design, Design Strategy, Research, and more recently, Design with AI. I bring a unique mix of entrepreneurial depth and corporate scale to design leadership, with a strong record of partnering with Fortune 500s, startups, and public sector clients in Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Education, Telecom, and OTT.
 In my global role at Havas CX, my mandate is to lead the unification and advancement of the Experience Design practice- bringing together global teams, embedding shared ways of working, enabling ethical AI adoption, and driving business growth through client acquisition. I am also establishing the XD practice and service for Southeast Asia, with Singapore as its regional hub.
 As Co-founder and CEO of Think Design, I helped grow it into one of India’s most respected Experience Design firms, with studios across India and the US. I also co-founded Trinity Strategy India, an Indo-Japanese Design Research company. My work spans Design Strategy, Research, Innovation, and Delivery.
 I’ve partnered with clients across India, the US, Japan, Singapore, and Europe, honing cross-cultural collaboration and market insight. I contribute to business growth by delivering benchmark design solutions and expanding client relationships. I also lead design workshops to shape vision that balances ambition with practical delivery.
 A core part of my journey has been building, scaling, and leading high-performing, cross-cultural design teams. I take pride in nurturing talent and creating design leaders across geographies. I chair the AI Council at Think Design and serve on the Havas APAC AI Council. Certified in Leadership with AI from ISB, I lead GenAI learning initiatives across the network.I serve on the APAC council for Women Who Inspire, Havas’s DEI initiative, and mentor women entrepreneurs and design talent. 
 For past 7 years, I’ve been teaching Design Research Methodologies at NID as visiting faculty and regularly contribute as a juror, interviewer, and mentor within the design community.
 Educated at NID, Ahmedabad and ENSCI, Paris, I bring a global worldview and deep expertise in design methods and processes that equip me to lead design at scale.
