• Improved the writing performance of gel pen produced by ITC, Classmate.
• Improved the manufacturing process by removing the very frequent air bubble issue seen in gel pens and also reducing the cycle time of the process.

• Member of the sponsorship team for Departmental Cognizance. Got sponsorship for the departmental events from some major chemical companies.
