For over three decades, I've collaborated with entrepreneurs, corporations, individuals, government bodies, and international ministries, specializing in entrepreneurship, technology incubation, acceleration, innovation, technology transfer, and leadership. I've facilitated workshops for technology transfer managers, empowering them to execute effective technology transfers. Additionally, I've provided mentorship and guidance to entrepreneurs, researchers, and academics, aiding them in commercializing their research across North America, Southeast Asia, and India. My expertise has benefited participants worldwide, including renowned organizations such as British Telecom, The Institute of Leadership & Management (UK), Shell, ExxonMobil, and DHL. I've served as a judge and mentor in prestigious business plan competitions like the HSBC Business Plan Competition, McKinsey's Business Plan Competition, and IIT Bombay. During my tenure at the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC), a government agency under the Prime Minister's Office and Ministry of Science in Malaysia, I spearheaded the development of the Malaysian National Uniprenuer Development Programme (NUDP). This initiative focused on creating an incubation program for university researchers and students to foster successful commercialization endeavors. Inspired by the success of the MDC incubator, I co-founded the National Incubator Network, uniting private and public incubators across Malaysia. This endeavor involved aligning Malaysian incubators with proven success factors and facilitating collaboration to address common challenges. Moreover, I serve as a Visiting/Adjunct Faculty Member/Professor at various universities in North America, Southeast Asia, and India. Currently, I'm actively engaged in mentoring startups in North America, Southeast Asia, and India.

Healthcare Technology Innovation Centre (HTIC), a multi-disciplinary R&D centre, is a joint initiative of Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) and Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India that brings together technologists, engineers, doctors and healthcare professionals, industry and government to develop healthcare technologies for the country.
