Working on ESI Design for Airbus LR (A340) and following are my responsibilities,
1. New Product Creation of Harness and Installation (e.g. F929, F922, G922, F923, F924, F925, etc.) for different MSN & Versions, for both Nose Fuselage and Center Fuselage, as per area and zones.
2. TRS analysis and MP implementation accordingly into the newly created product.
3. EHI design as per SIDP and TDD, inclusion of IPs into the Product as per applicable.
4. Check Design with DMU using Trend V4 for clashes and clearances which follows SIDP and TDD rules of clearances, segregation and Installation.
5. Check Picture drawings of installation pre solutions to confirm all the component are included.
6. Using proptool, check properties of FINs, Bundles and AMPs with GILDA.
7. Extract CIRCE and PROPT for the part zone for further Treatment Estimation activity.
8. Treatment Estimation for Part zone, resolve Design error if any and Rerun Tresti.
9. Follows and resolve ICB and RDR points, follows checklist for each activity after completion of design, ECN creation and Delivery.

Working on ESI design for Airbus XWB-A350 project, Mainly for MATB design and following are my Responsibilities,

coordinate with different stake holders and ATA Chapter teams in the project for smooth working.
