  • 07/2013~04/2015-Designed a new style Induction Temper Cell for Ford-Sterling Axle plant which increased the JPH from 292 to 423 JPH. Reduced operating expenses and during the design phase, was able to eliminate five pieces of capital equipment that added zero value. Project managed the build of this ITC Module. It continues to perform exceptionally well and delivers a higher available throughput than design simulation assessments.
  • 04/2015~08/2015-Provided a highly successful recovery of a Failed Launch at the Astra Facility-Bessemer Alabama. This 23 million dollar plant was launched to supply Mercedes-Benz with over seven hundred variations of rims and tires. The launch had failed the timeline as a result of project creep and was eight months behind schedule. All facets of plant operations had shifted to an emergency mode mentality, with a high level of scrutiny from the Mercedes-Benz Leadership Team. Implementing a Tiered Response Team with a single source report criteria, was critical in closing down the issues and achieving success quickly.
  • 01/2015~03/2015-Provided and implemented hot-forming process improvements to a primary first tier supplier to Ford, GM, BMW, and Volkswagen.
