• I co-founded Bee Logical with a vision to build an agile, innovation-driven software company that solves real business problems through technology. What started as a small team has grown into a high-impact 100+ member organization, now aiming to scale to 1000+ professionals across product engineering, AI/ML, digital transformation, and staff augmentation services.
• What I Do:
• Lead strategy, growth, and partnerships to drive digital transformation for global clients across diverse sectors.
• Architect and scale service lines in web/mobile development, UI/UX, product engineering, AI/ML, and digital marketing.
• Oversee key client relationships, enterprise projects, and strategic sales operations across India, the US, and Europe.
• Champion delivery excellence, process optimization, and internal capability building.
• Key Highlights:
• Grew the company to cross ₹10 Cr in annual revenue in FY 2024–25; now targeting ₹100 Cr with global expansion.
• Built a performance-driven culture through strong induction programs, SLAs, KRAs, and performance-based bonuses.
• Driving adoption of AI/ML in product offerings — currently pursuing personal upskilling to become an expert in the field.
• Successfully established strategic outbound sales and partnerships for staff augmentation with top global brands.
• Represented Bee Logical as a speaker and awardee at multiple industry and academic platforms (Symbiosis, MITSOM, etc.)
• Led internal innovation through events like hackathons, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal automation initiatives.
