• I worked at this establishment over my summer and winter breaks. It taught me a lot about how to work face to face with customers. Additionally, I improved my time management and organizational skills. Time management was improved by prioritizing certain tasks, and organizational skills were improved with how I went about those tasks and keeping my work space tidy.

• At Hong Kong Chop Suey, I managed money through my cashier work. Additionally, I answered the phone and took orders, this strengthening my recording information skills. As expected, there was down time in the restaurant in between the average meal times, so I would fold menus, work with food to a degree, and other similar tasks. These tasks improved my handy-work.
