• I was a part of the nine member team which was responsible for end to end planning of the retail strategy in India for one of the largest digital device manufacturers in the world.
• Over two months, I worked on five modules which are listed below:
• Estimating demand for the sponsor's products across eighty cities in India through a mathematical regression based model,
• Deciding on the exact localities in top cities for stores through on ground visits and by talking to local stakeholders,
• Recommending exact products to shelf in the stores on a city by city basis,
• Designing complete human resource strategy for stores from sourcing, training, compensation to career growth planning of the store employees.
• Conceptualizing an app aimed at enhancing the loyalty of current customers to enhance repeat and cross product sales.
