• 1. EXODES - ETM (Exodes Transaction Manager) for Ingenix
• EXODES is a claim highway where message formats other than IMF or EMF are utilized. It's a automated system of preadjudication of the claims where the rule engine applies rule on the claim and based on the rules edits are made as well as the claim payment is denied for the non covered services. It is divided into three parts UI which sends the request to middle tier, Middle Tier where the entire business logic in applied over the request and the Server Rule Engine which applies the business rule on the claim and accordingly respective changes are made on the claim.

• P41 stands for Platform 41. This application helps assessing a person on 41 aspects. P41 focuses on Recruitment, Selection and Development function modules.
• The P41 System is developed for the client SHL (UK). SHL works with a client company to define procedures for Recruitment, Selection and Development of workforce. SHL has products that are delivered to the clients using Internet as a medium.
• P41 is one of their premiere products. The business of SHL is to supply instruments to assess employees and candidates for employment.
• In the Selection module, the client starts with defining requirements for selection.
• Based on it various competencies are identified and arranged in a hierarchy. Tests and questionnaires required for selection are then created. Once the candidate answers the various tests
• /questionnaires, the scoring is done for each of them.
• In the Development module, an organization or an individual is assessed to find out their respective development areas. Once the questionnaire and surveys are done, they are scored and their results are collated. In case of individuals then personal development plans are made. In case of organizations, various development initiatives are carried out.

• Team Size : 4 members; iRIMS Repair Operation Management component caters to both our Onsite Field Repairs (OFR) services as well as the backend to Bench (RTB) repair activities. Both modules enable us to track the progress of repairs through various stages. Access to this feature makes the operations transparent to our customers.
• Value is created through capture of information like problems reported as against problems actually diagnosed, action taken and parts used in addition to a host of operational data. This enables subsequent analysis to yield product failure trends, quality of repair, and level of SLA achievement for Turn-Around Time (TAT), Re-Repairs, and Yield etc.
• It was a highly customizable tool. It enables end users to add and delete projects along with the related information like Engineer, coordinator, location, vendor's etc information. Further one could set targets and logics for TAT, Re-repair and yield. The package was self sufficient to create a customizable web application for any new project added to it.
• Feature: Call Logging, Problem Reporting, Call Status Monitoring, Part Consumption Viewing, Escalation Monitoring, MIS Reports (TAT, Re-Repair, and Yield).
• Role: I was involved in coding; planning also I designed and developed the Edit/update tool for Supervisor, enabling him to correct the Data.
