• ➢ Led a team of 5 engineers to deliver a highly scalable new SaaS product from scratch, based on Microservices architecture, leading the development effort on multiple horizontals and ensuring the engineering quality is top notch.

• Worked on the Local Data Ingestion Pipeline which is used to Analyse, Process and Ingest Data from a lot of different Providers(across countries and languages). Delivered the Pipeline and associated tools, as part of a scrum team.
• Analyzed the huge incoming data and Devised Rule Based techniques, to improve its quality, which led to huge improvements in the Precision/Recall of the entities being shown to the end users.
• Implemented these techniques in Scope (a Hive like language) for Cosmos (the Hadoop like Big Data implementation internal to Microsoft)

• Worked on Bing, Microsoft's Search Engine.
• Delivered a lot of different services powering the Bing backend:
• 1. Results Page App Platform, where I worked on the following components:
• a. Overall Triggering and Filtering techniques for various services
• b. Support for 0 legged O-Auth
• c. WYSIWYG Template Creator/Editor to develop UI for any app on the Platform,
• d. Drove the Internationalization(I18N) and Localization readiness of all components, including triggering, filtering, data retrieval and serving, and UI
• This App Platform was used to deliver ~5 Apps, which went live on the Bing Results Page.
• 2. Delivered Maps Result Page App single handedly, where my impact included:
• a. Devising and Improving the Triggering logic of the app
• Impact: Improved the Recall Metric on Triggering by ~15%, and improving the Precision Metric to by 6%
• b. Writing Framework to make the Functional Tests Data Driven
• c. Devising Monitoring Tests for the app on Production and Automating them
• Impact: All Production issues were caught withoin SLA and necessary steps taken to resolve those issues
