I am passionate about creating things from scratch - which is probably why I have always associated myself with young-age organisations which are trying to disrupt the industry with creativity and innovation at their core. I did not opt for a traditional career path like many of my peers. Being a non-conformist I was inspired to take the leap at a young age. I started my professional journey by joining Intelaeon in 2012 as one of the founding partners and we worked to transform education by changing the way we think and execute education in India. This encompassed designing & implementing learning ecosystems for pupils, educators, governments and institutions. To do this we curated and conducted numerous kinds of live events such as quizzes and workshops pan-India. I have also been teaching the German language as a freelancer for A1-B2 CEFR levels implementing my learnings. Because of this venture, I was invited to Hong Kong as one of the 20 delegates from India in 2015 at the annual Make a Difference Conference - Asia. MaD Festival is a multifaceted program that explores innovative practices and fosters synergies across silos and countries. I attended it along with 1,300 participants from over 100 cities in Asia and beyond. In the subsequent years, I explored freelance consulting, pursued a degree in law and worked as the Operations Manager with Fighting Choice, an MMA club. I have now moved into the world of SaaS with Leegality- India's leading eSign, eStamp and Document Workflow Platform. My current job here is to head all Internal Operations. My role here spans three extremely varied verticals - Human Resources, Finance & Accounts and Marketing. I also administrate crucial enterprise management tools within the organisation which help in the smooth and efficient functioning of the business. I hope to continue being a part of building great new things that would be useful to people - learning on the go and honing my critical thinking skills along the way. I am always up for new challenges and also a game of Foosball.
