• Founded in 2011 by Alex Davis, Disruptive Technology Advisers LLC (“DTA”) is a Los Angeles based merchant bank with an exclusive focus on mid to late stage growth companies. The core business of DTA is raising primary capital for private companies through sales to institutional investors, family offices and ultra high net worth individuals. The merchant banking aspect of our business has been to aggregate family office and ultra high net worth investments with firm capital into funds that acquire private company shares, with the fund becoming the holder of record on the Company's capitalization table.
