• Metaswitch is a software telecommunications provider for equipment manufacturers and large enterprises.
• I worked for the Support Team, adding features to the Customer Dashboard that displayed information about the systems each customer owned.
• Further to that, I took part in the annual intern Hackathon, adding a series of features to an existing internet telephony Android app. This enabled it to become 'smart' and thus eliminated the need for button input to communicate with the app. We won the Hackathon, with the most useful app and our features are being looked into for further development by Metaswitch.
