• While waiting for visa transfer between employers and getting registered as Registered Foreign Lawyer, I found myself a crypto project where I was acting as in-house counsel responsible for setting up the fund with external counsels (BVI and the US), and independently drafted the Fund’s Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) to raise capital from the US.

• This is an NGO based in Wuhan I co-founded in my sophomore year. It still exists today (2025).
• Similar to Teach for America, we focused on supporting elementary school students left behind in the villages by their parents who went to big cities for work.

• Created a signature long-term running program where thousands college volunteers were sent to rural villages to provide education and care for “left-behind” children;
