A graduate of IIM Bangalore and BITS Pilani - Goa, Leela is a Director of Product Management at Eigthfold AI leading their effort to build an AI native ATS offering. He comes back to them after spending an year with Sirion where he was leading their AI Platform - Traditional & Generative for Contract Data extraction as well as integrating Gen AI technology in the CLM flow of work. In his previous stint with Eightfold, Leela helped build & scale their Talent Acquisition Intelligence Platform 3x in as many years. Prior to that, he spent over five years at Uber first scaling Rides business for the India SA region and then working to reduce global fraud losses as part of Uber's Risk Product team. Leela enjoys dealing with the challenges and complexities of client/user facing roles and has worked in that capacity all through his professional life. As a student too, Leela held similar positions of responsibility and was in fact the Head of the Student Media Cell at IIM Bangalore managing student relations with the press and other media. On the personal front, Leela loves playing board games and humoring his young daughter.
