• We're building India’s 1st community for people born with cleft and their families. We simplify access to comprehensive cleft care by working with India’s top medical professionals and relevant organisations, providing counselling services for mental health and speech, and facilitating a safe space for our community to connect through WhatsApp groups.
• Sirat is inspired by my personal journey as someone born with a cleft lip & palate in 1995. Having undergone surgeries, dental treatments, therapy for 20+ years, I’m combining my lived experience with my professional skills to build and grow Sirat with a passionate and skilled team.

• I took a year off to travel, reset, and gain clarity on my next career move and the direction I wanted to pursue.
• During this time, I explored extensively—I trekked to Everest Base Camp, surfed in Sri Lanka and Kerala, skied in the U.S. and Kashmir, and backpacked across Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, UAE, and Qatar. Along the way, I met and interacted with people from diverse backgrounds, gaining insights into different cultures, careers, and perspectives on life.
• Beyond travel, I focused on rest, reading, and daily habits like cooking, writing, and improving my physical and mental well-being. I completed sprint and Olympic triathlons, which fueled my passion for Ironman events. I also cherished time with family in Delhi and the U.S. and reconnected with friends in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
• For three months, I worked as an independent consultant, while the rest of my time was dedicated to building and growing Sirat, India’s first cleft community.
