I’m a mixed-methods UX researcher with 4 years experience in driving end-to-end user research & insights activities and establishing UXR practices in high-growth startups. Currently, I help multiple mid-to-large scale companies make better business decisions through effective user research (Industries : Logistics, FinTech, Insurance, Real Estate Tech, Personal Mobility, Food) I’ve a track record of conducting 80+ generative and evaluative research projects in both B2C and B2B contexts using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies - with strong impact across product strategy, user experience and business monetisation. Note : I offer pro-bono research, product and design consultancy to 0-1 startups on weekends.
