• Designed logical and physical data models to support the development of the ‘machine patching’ database on the Snowflake cloud hosted database as a service platform. The purpose of this mission critical project is to track the status of software patches applied to all company owned laptops and server. Laptops and servers that don’t have the latest patch could pose a security risk. Designed logical and physical data models to extend the enterprise data warehouse to support the development of the Finance, Operations and Technology Services Dashboard to provide metrics to end-users including: Transportation, Dining Services, Conference Room and Video Conference Utilization, Facility Utilization, Purchase Card, Time and Expense and Mobile Device Utilization. Designed logical and physical data models to deploy the Fandango data mart which captures movie ticket sales transaction data used in SAS based forecasting analytics applications. Databases were deployed on the Teradata database platform. For the NBCUniversal Theme Parks business, developed extensive logical data model to support the development of new operational systems. Data model subject areas include: Guest Entitlements, Virtual Queues, Guest Demographics, Venue Location and Transaction. Authored initial draft of NBCUniversal Parks Data Governance Policy document. Served as member of a team of data architects to evaluate current state framework for Enterprise Information Management for NBCUniversal in order to uncover opportunities for improvement. Evaluation included information architecture governance, data standards, metadata management and data quality.

The Strategic Performance data mart provides client investment performance metrics to end-user applications at various levels including: Account, Account Manager, Asset Classification and Industry Sector. Provided data architecture solutions to support the development of the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney joint venture target technology platform consistently meeting target dates, in support of numerous application development projects including: Alternative Investments, 401K plan, Consolidated Year-end Statements, Treasury Income Reporting, Mutual Fund Trading and Basel II Operational Risk. Designed logical and physical data models to create the Capacity Database to capture and provide metrics to manage information technology capacity, to insure current and future business requirements are met in a cost effective manner. For the Retail Banking data warehouse project, developed physical database design and generated DDL scripts to create database objects on the Teradata database platform. Provided data modeling support for Client Statement Renovation projects: developed logical and physical data models to extend the enterprise data warehouse to capture eligibility, confirmation, security description and client account specific data. Wrote detailed source to target ETL specifications. Assumed role of development database administrator to create and maintain database objects in the Teradata and SQL Server database platforms.
