  • Designed logical and physical data models to support the development of the ‘machine patching’ database on the Snowflake cloud hosted database as a service platform. The purpose of this mission critical project is to track the status of software patches applied to all company owned laptops and server. Laptops and servers that don’t have the latest patch could pose a security risk. Designed logical and physical data models to extend the enterprise data warehouse to support the development of the Finance, Operations and Technology Services Dashboard to provide metrics to end-users including: Transportation, Dining Services, Conference Room and Video Conference Utilization, Facility Utilization, Purchase Card, Time and Expense and Mobile Device Utilization. Designed logical and physical data models to deploy the Fandango data mart which captures movie ticket sales transaction data used in SAS based forecasting analytics applications. Databases were deployed on the Teradata database platform. For the NBCUniversal Theme Parks business, developed extensive logical data model to support the development of new operational systems. Data model subject areas include: Guest Entitlements, Virtual Queues, Guest Demographics, Venue Location and Transaction. Authored initial draft of NBCUniversal Parks Data Governance Policy document.
