• Risk Management: Conducted comprehensive risk analysis and developed mitigation plan throughout
• lifecycle of project.
• Performance Reporting: Track metrics (Team and system performance) and report through bi-weekly status report, & quarterly progress report to assigned team and senior leadership including CTO & CEO.
• Tools & Technology: Jira, Slack, Confluence, Google Apps, ChatGPT, Tableau, Datadog, & Fundamental of system design (HLD), Database, Integration, Cloud & etc.,
• Project Delivered: e-Commerce Native Application & web Panels/platform, FinTech software, Integration of Salesforce and Genesys, Cloud migration, SaaS Products – Ai based, IT Infrastructure, & Health Care launch.
