• 1. Owned the processes around logistics and helped build the Logistics Management System which is the back bone of Myntra Logistics. Helped expand the Logistics network from 2 cities to 23 cities, across India.

• 3.Owned the development of processes and systems for Myntra’s Inventory Planning. • 2. Built an inventory control model for BMW for 5 years into the future, modeled it on SysML and simulated the model using ARENA.
• 3. Developed a "forecasting model" to forecast the consumption of diapers in the Dominican Republic and devised a periodic inventory control model to manage the inventory of MercaSID.
• 4. Developed an algorithm for "swapping of cases" using C and MySQL in a Cold Chain Warehouse and increased efficiency of the case picking operation by 11% as part of a class project.
