✅ Hired '10x' engineers adept at building large distributed systems addressing millions of concurrent users across SE-Asia. Recruited hard to find ‘niche skilled’ devs from-> Go, Clojure, Jruby, Scala, Rust, Kotlin, flutter, etc. This was across APAC including from top open-source communities of FOSSASIA, GSoC, GDE global rankers.
✅ Hired Product leaders for multi-billion$$ Orgs like FinTech (GoPay), Transport (GoRide),
Food and Data Engineering platform across India-Singapore Tech and HQ at Indonesia.
✅ Built a parallel Product Org from scratch for Gojek's key new pillars in-> GoClub (Consumer
loyalty ~110Mn+ MAU), GoTransit (Multimodal ride) and GoBiz (Merchant SuperApp).
✅ Created centralization of Data engineering by building new clusters for Data Experimentation, Profiling, batching, data streaming & Visualization. This small team now process the entire Org’s data Ingestion of 7-8 TB/day handling around 10 billion+ events in real-time.
✅ Built Data experimentation pod which now serves all 23+ verticals of Gojek running 5K+ tests concurrently. Also built a new centralized AdTech Engine for GoTo.
✅ Hired Lead UI/UX designers for core Cx app and Senior TPMs for GoTo Org.
✅ Managed Jr TAs, Ops and led company's most impactful projects on 'Bar Raiser', JD dashboard, Product Playbooks and Gender-Geo Diversity hiring.
