• Gojek is a Jakarta based on-demand multi-service platform and digital payment technology group. I work with the Logistics team which handles GoSend (on-demand delivery) across Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand with more than 10 million orders per month.
• Significant Contributions:
• 1. Change Data Capture: Developed a fully distributed, fault-tolerant, and highly reliable service which guarantees 100% ordered delivery of change event logs in Kafka. This project allowed us to have better governance over the data quality, to do real-time data analysis, and to integrate the data with other products offered by GoJek.
• 2. Fraud Reduction: Worked on various projects such as Geo-Fencing, OTP verification on order reversal, Proof of pickup/delivery, etc which aim to save $1M/year.
• 3. Customer Growth and Loyalty: Worked on GoClub - customer loyalty program by GoJek, which is a part of the initiative to increase the order volume by 30%.

• 2. Implemented Customer Review feature for Credit Tracker. This feature is expected to give SEO boost to Bankbazaar website and, in turn, give a huge advantage over competitors.
• 3. Implemented a security feature which stops any CSRF attacks on the website.

• 1. Member of the Credit Tracker Team. Credit Tracker is the most popular feature on Bankbazaar website with millions of unique users visiting every month.
• 2. Member of Website Restructuring Team which works on the scalability aspect of the website. The team is responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks, re-architecting problematic codes, migrating old frameworks to newer frameworks.

• Developed an automation testing tool for load and regression testing. This tool reduced the testing time by 40% and completely obviated the need to manual test-report generation.

• 1. Handover algorithm optimization for SON (Self Organizing Networks) module in 4G
• 2. Designed the user interface of OAM (Operation & Maintenance) module for telecom operators
• 3. Played crucial role in integrating SON & OAM modules in the complete 4G protocol stack
