• Product owner for Creative Cloud desktop app, a consumer app with 20+ million users to easily manage their Creative Cloud apps and services (https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html)
• Cater to the pre-release program of Creative Cloud desktop app - a platform to interact with end consumers directly; discuss requirements and have feedback on the newly introduced features
• Identify and prioritize the instrumentation needs of features in the app that are critical for driving business decisions using analytics data.
• Conceptualized and launched analytics dashboard with key features like funnel success, funnel errors etc., to analyze product analytics and take appropriate actions. This has helped in reduction of install error rate by 5% for 20+ products, the dashboard also serves the purpose of tracking real time product analytics during phased roll-out of the product releases.
• To remove the long tail of users using old version of apps, delivered the feature of auto-update of apps. 70% of users have on-boarded on this new feature.
• Did a research on product download & install analytics to find the correlation between product size and cancellation rate, a key decision metric in designing the user experience for delivery of apps. The outcome led to incorporation of three new features in the product.
• Collaborated with customer support team to build a troubleshooting tool by analyzing the steps performed by support personnel in resolving customer issues during a call. The tool has reduced 2 minutes of call duration in 75% of the cases for all support members.

• Conducting product demo’s and workshops with different product teams, analyzing their requirements and conducting planning meetings with all stake holders to prioritize and build new features, thus enabling different teams to timely meet the customer needs.

• Built the system for deploying the daily product builds on multiple mobile device via OTA methods.
• Single handedly owned the UAT, functional, and other testing efforts for Adobe Collage, mobile app on android & iOS, and built the tools to automate the regular regression testing.
