• Ensure product stability, highlight key areas of improvements, create funnels to demonstrate revenue/ reputation impacts for Clients in case of any system downtimes and unforeseen bugs in the system.
• Manage a team of Business Analyst's/Implementation Engineers to help tech and product integration with Banks and FinTechs.
