  • Worked closely with Google, HP Gas, and Pushpam to provide a seamless solution for HP Gas consumers which includes tech and API integrations
  • Onboarded almost 3000 agencies with their KYC across India to use this solution
  • Managed all the tech and operational issues faced by consumers and merchant on a daily basis
  • Optimized product memory usage and reduced the network calls
  • Amazon Distributors (Axis Bank)
  • Worked with NPCI and Axis Bank to enable FMCG distributors to use offline UPI payment solution.
  • Handled Product Integration and Product Testing single-handedly
  • Managed entire operations for this project, from activating VPAs to distributing QR badges to the distributors.
  • Automated reporting systems for multi-level distributors persona
  • Worked closely with Axis Bank tech team to resolve multiple tech issues faced during the project
  • HPCL
  • Managed an entire call center, where 300 to 400 calls and messages were sent everyday for 2 months, and created reports for the same
  • Collaborated with a manpower service agency, made negotiations and conducted training programs in different cities, training almost 100 agencies in 2 months and increased transactions by 300%
  • Worked closely with the PhonePe team, to give JUSPAY Fuel Dealer Dashboard as a SaaS that includes integration and product testing with real-time transaction data from over 14000+ fuel retail agencies all over India
  • Dealt with multiple PSPs in resolving settlement issues faced by dealers, customers and banks on a regular basis
