• My role initially was to ramp up production, build ERPs to digitise sales and production processes for a hemoglobinometer named TrueHb. In the process, identified serval area to work on.
• Improved the device in terms of its accuracy, efficiency, shelf life, calibration and time taken for results.
• As product manager, established production & quality control processes and ERPs for production and sales team leading to 7x growth over an year.
• Envisioned a strategic partnership with key Indian government agency. Pro-bono, created Bio-medical Devices Management System as an open source system for Division of Healthcare Technology, a WHO Collaborating Centre. The system is currently being used in multiple countries
• The experience helped me understand startup dynamics and inspired me to start my own venture.

• Solved problem of updating histograms in large servers that required down time of 1 day.
• Proposed a novel technique of self-updating histograms based on Continuous Deviation Monitoring using audit logs.
• Approach deployed randomised algorithms and eliminated requirement of complete scan.
• Established proof of concept eliminating down time altogether
