I was responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on strong hiring manager partnership and a great candidate experience. I was involved in managing and coordinating the whole process and sourcing candidates to build talent pipelines. Was also driving the offer process and finding the perfect candidate for the right role is my job and I loved it.
