A HR professional in the IT industry with focus on Talent Acquisition (Hiring) and Talent Supply (RM). I am currently a part of the TSC (Talent Supply Chain) team and work for the Global Workforce - Resource Management department at Virtusa Consulting, a global provider of digital engineering and IT solutions. As part of the Global Workforce Management team, managing the allocation, deployment, and optimization of human resources across multiple business units, service lines (horizontals) and geographies. For close to two and half decades had been a part of the recruitment team in identifying the best of the talents for the organization.
