I come with 17 + years of diverse professional experience with a majority in Training and HR. I carry a Master’s degree in Psychology with expertise in Counselling and Psychometrics. I have completed the Human Resource Management Program from XLRI and have recently been certified as a Trainer on PoSH. I have worked with teams from 7 continents of the world and have been instrumental in developing over 5000 people across the globe with focus on India, UK, US and EMEA. I have exposure to various business lines ranging from Healthcare, Insurance, Education, ITeS, BPO, Hospitals, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Banking, Utilities, F&A and Oil and Petroleum. My knowledge in different domains and industries makes me an agile, analytical and a result oriented individual. I am a firm believer that consistency in your hard work will yield the desired result. I like to challenge the stereotypes; so from time to time, you will see me trying my hands at new things.
