• Worked on multiple core backend projects involving all phases of SDLC in AGILE Scrum delivery model using Java, Oracle DB and Kafka technologies.
• Development of features for adding B2B apps in the app-catalog of MaaS360 product- From understanding requirements, aligning to the existing multiple other app types supported on admin portal as well as end user catalog.
• Integrating with Veracode apps assessing capabilities with MaaS360 for apps compliance which involve fetching risk ratings for apps, showing ratings on Portal, taking actions based on a threat level set by admin, marking devices as non- compliant, creating a DB job to fetch risk ratings of apps rated by Veracode periodically and populating our tables.
• Developing Windows 10 App Catalog which involves providing capabilities in MaaS360 to add Windows store apps, Windows Enterprise Apps (appx/appxbundle), Windows Packages (msi/exe), capabilities to distribute those apps to a specific device, group of devices or All devices, tracking status of installations, showing statuses on Portal, abilities to stop distribution and take actions as per chosen policies by admin, abilities to remove apps from portal and take actions on removals as per chosen policies by admin, abilities to upgrade apps.
• Added multiple batch jobs for tasks like refreshing app info periodically from itunes app stores, clearing device hash in case a risk rating for an app changes and app is installed on that device, and periodically updating risk ratings of apps from Veracode.
• Owned CPS tickets tracking responsibility for my team to constantly get the updates from respective ticket area owners and provide timely updates/resolutions on customer tickets resulting in better CPS ticket response time.
• Participating actively in organization level initiatives like MGR(MaaS Geek Republic), RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and contributing in the improvements of product.
