Also was involved in negotiating supplier agreements with multiple vendors for sourcing apparels.
• Generated 80% month-on-month growth over a period of five months. Increased sales from 3 orders a day to 40 orders a day when operations were closed.
• Setup a Vendor network for t-shirt manufacturing and manufactured our own SimpleLife branded T-Shirts. Also contributed to the UI design, SEO and traffic building.

• Managed team of 2- 5 members handling two different releases 8.4 and 8.5 of 4 products DIW, MDM, UID and BIM.

• Test development was in C#. Java and JSP were used on MDM product and mostly did maintenance work there.
• We also ported DIW product to Netezza database and development multiple enhancements for Oracle and Sql server
• Initially managed the 8.4 line and later managed 8.5 lines for more than 2 years.
• Groomed more than 6 engineers, handled critical customer escalations, worked with support and product management on new features and deliveries.

As a young engineer, the team was dependent on me for fixing critical issues round the clock. We used mostly C/C++, Windows programming technologies.
