• Using Amazon ECS, Fargate, Lambda, EC2, ELBs, SQS, SNS Topics, CloudWatch and New Relic for monitoring and logs, S3 buckers and glacier, VPC, IAM Roles, and KMS keys for security, AWS-Kubernetes. Every stack is containerized using Docker.
• Followed Test-driven development (TDD with team-wide 90% coverage) for Python and Java stacks. Upgraded multiple stacks from Python 2.7 to 3.6. Using many open-source frameworks like flask, pymysql, gevent, flasgger, webargs, sqlalchemy, boto3, botocore for AWS SDK, pysam etc., and many other internal frameworks for DNA Sequence data.
• Building REST Webservices APIs with Service Oriented Architecture for the downstream systems in the organization and for the DNA Sequencing Labs (Quest and Illumina).
