• Led the India development centre for Lifesize during the transformative phase of the company where the company went from being an on-premise leader in enterprise video-collaboration market, to a SaaS offering for a full suite of collaboration products.
• Instrumental in getting the team to embrace a micro-services architecture. Created services for services for SSO(with SAML), video calling, presence/chat, management and personalization of recorded content, push notifications and file sharing. The architecture focused on asynchronous interactions amongst the loosely-coupled microservices, with a distributed data management with denormalized data sets supporting eventual consistency.
• Helped institute develop-to-deploy agile processes, including continuous integration/testing/deployment for faster time-to-market of these complex services.
