• Oracle Label Security (OLS) provides a powerful row level access control using data sensitive labels. It mediates access to rows, in tables, based on labels associated or stored in rows and labels and privileges associated with each user session. The aim of this project is to refresh internal label security specific caches on Physical Standby also known as Active Data Guard.

• Row level security mechanism ensures that a subset of data table shall be compared against user authorizations. The negative here is that, we may wish to expose certain columns in each row but to no avail. By extending OLS to extend user and data labels to secure table data cells instead of rows makes admin operations more refined and secure.

• of power consumed in MANETS. As mobile devices run on battery power minimizing power usage in order to maximize node and network lifetime is one of the main challenges today. Optimizing power requires dynamically managing nodes in network so as to turn them off dynamically resulting in minimum number of them being active at any point. Algorithm techniques in this area were analysed of their merits and drawbacks and performance comparison through implementation has has taken place.
